Air plasma cutting is also available.


NM500 wear-resistant plate can also use the traditional flame cutting When using flame cutting, it is recommended to use the cutting car, according to the thickness of the steel plate, the use of different specifications of the head, the ratio of gas and oxygen is adjusted appropriately (better neutral flame), it is better to start cutting after all adjustment, to prevent the section gap caused by the ignition arc in the middle of the cutting quality. NM500 wear-resistant plate welding high manganese wear-resistant steel plate welding can be selected by manual arc welding method welding rod D256(pile 256) or D266(pile 266) electrode; Before welding, the weld should be polished, the workpiece groove and edge should be cleaned, the rust and oil should be removed, and the welding rod should be dried; When welding, small diameter electrode (generally 3mm-3.5mm) should be selected, small current, high voltage, multi-layer welding, multi-pass welding, fast welding; If DC welding is used, the electrode is connected to the positive electrode; Hammer the weld after welding each layer to improve its resistance to thermal cracking. Running water can also be used for quick cooling.
